Husband and Wife dynamic duo! Megan and Carlos are both born and raised in the Cleveland area. After a 12 year stint in Cincinnati, they moved home to the Land in 2020 and rebranded their company. They are really excited to offer the same quality and service to friends and family here in Cleveland!
Carlos has been in the world of construction for 10+ years and is active in every project. He doesn't know how not to be involved! Carlos is bilingual (English & Spanish), well mannered, well rounded easy to get along with type guy. He is always eager to build lasting relationships and to be of service, from estimating, inspecting to actual roofing or siding, Carlos looks forward to being of service to you.
Megan has been the strongest pillar to all of this teams' endeavors, no stranger to hard work, you will also find her on the job-site. Megan is well versed in flooring, painting, tiling, interior work and holds her own in the field. Megan primarily works to keep the administrative operations in order when she is not out showing the guys how its done!
Since moving home, we have worked really hard in finding the best team around! Having worked side by side with our roofing and siding teams for the past several years; you can be confident that each member of our team has been properly vetted and hand selected for their integrity, ethics, and craftsmanship. Our Process
Restoring Your Dream Home!
Initial Consultation
You will receive a complimentary inspection and assessment of your property. Afterwards, our project manager will give you their recommendations and go over all options available so you can make the best decision.
Preparation
Time for a walk through! Our project manager will perform a walk through all around the property with the homeowner prior to the start of work. This helps us to ensure that everything is restored to how it was before. We will check all landscaping, windows, screens, gutters, etc
Production
All materials will be delivered to your house the day prior to starting work. The day of your project we will bring all necessary equipment to perform the job at hand. Our crews will arrive as well as the project manager to make sure all goes well for your home's new update!
The Final Touches
Time for cleaning! Our crews will clean your property from any debris to get it back to how we found it or better! After, our project manager will do a final walk through with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction of work and completion of the project.

We are confident in our craftsmanship so much so that we offer a 10 year labor warranty on our projects. All of the products we use come with a manufactures warranty as well.
Lastly and certainly not least, is our Clean Guarantee. Thousands of nails are used on a typical roofing or siding project and we guarantee that we will clean 95% or more of any nails or debris on our job site. It is virtually impossible to guarantee with 100% certainty, the clean up of every nail but we at Elite Exteriors CLE strive for the most thorough clean up possible.
